Speech Team Heading to CFL Nationals

Ten members of the Mercer Speech Team will be heading to Sacramento, California this week to compete in the Catholic Forensic League National Tournament. These speakers qualified for the national tournament with strong performances at the Erie National Qualifier on March 5, 2016.

The following students will be competing:

Prose and Poetry Interpretation - Evan Daugherty and Sarah Turton

Duo Interpretation- team of Ryan Hamilton and Maddie Rowe

Declamation- Matthew Hoge and Jocelyn Brown

Humorous Interpretation- Andrew Brinker

Original Oratory- Rachel Bish

Extemporaneous- Mary Hogue and Rose Gigliotti
