Mrs. Christy Honored by Pennsylvania VFW as Teacher of the Year

On May 6th it was announced that Mrs. Michalee Christy, chorus teacher at Mercer Middle-High School, was selected by the Department of Pennsylvania Veterans of Foreign Wars as Teacher of the Year. The Pennsylvania VFW selects only three teachers each year across the commonwealth to be recognized with this honor. Mrs. Christy was nominated by VFW Post 6345.
