Mercer Middle-High School Teacher Recognized by McDonalds

April Hutcheson, special education teacher at Mercer Middle-High School, was recognized at the January School Board meeting on Monday, January 25th. Ms. Hutcheson was the recipient of a MAC (Make Activities Count) Grant that was presented on behalf of McDonalds. Ms. Hutcheson used the grant money to purchase a Kitchen-Aid mixer to incorporate life skills activities into her classroom.
