Eighth Grade Student To Explore MCCC

On Thursday, February 4th the eighth grade students will take a field trip to the Mercer County Career Center to explore the different options available for study. This longstanding tradition allows students to take a physical tour of the building and visit each program.

Mercer Area students in 11th and 12th grade are permitted to attend the Mercer County Career Center to pursue an area of study. Mercer Area students seeking training and licensure in Cosmetology are permitted to attend in 10th grade. This eighth grade trip encourages students to begin thinking about their future goals so that they can lay the appropriate foundation with their academic schedules.
