ACADEMIC AWARDS BANQUET TO CELEBRATE STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT 
& DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI

The Annual Academic Awards Banquet will take place on Wednesday, May 17th at 
6:00 p.m. in the High School Cafeteria.

Students in grades 7-12 will be recognized for 
their academic achievement throughout the 
2016-17 school year. 

Recognition awards will include:
 Middle School Students of the Year
High Honor Roll for 2016-17 school year
National Honor Society Members
National Junior Honor Society Members
Top 10 Members of the Class of 2017
Robotics Team Members
Extreme Leadership Participants
Equus Board of Student Directors
Student of the Month Award Recipients
Academic Games Participants
Student Council Members
Class Officers for the 2016-17 school year

In addition, the 18th class of inductees to the Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame will be recognized during the banquet. 

This year's inductees include 
Mr. Cedric Butchy (class of 1968) & 
General Alexander Hays (class of 1836) 

Invitations were sent to the families of students 
that will be recognized at the banquet in the mail several weeks ago. 

The deadline to return reservation forms for the banquet is Wednesday, May 10th. 
(forms can be returned to the main office)
